The rich are rich because they know how to make money. Money is made off of the masses. The masses should be taken care of when

the need is there. The rich have the intellect and where withall to create opportunities for them, and should, or be part of offering food stamps.'Real people' are more and more coming together to create an even better alternative called 'Food Banks' that are a collective result of communities coming together and

businesses offering excess food and products. They can help more than food stamps, and are a social event to bring people together. There are over 40,000 food banks in America. Anyone making under a certain average standard should consider using them.
