On the first page of my 2010 dairy, I wrote to myself, “I will have a Happy, Balanced, Peaceful, Adventurous, Prosperous, Creative, Powerful, Spiritual and Emotionally fit New Year!†When I read it, it changes my state immediately and I become hopeful and positive.Words, words, words…. They play such a crucial role in shaping our lives and what we become as people, both professionally and personally. I believe that all successful people use powerful language patterns to motivate them to achieve their dreams on a continual basis.Leadership Vocabulary of Famous Personalities“We must become the change we want to see.â€Mahatma Gandhi “It is kind of fun to do the impossible.â€Walt Disney“Basically, our goal is to organize the world’s information and to make it universally accessible and useful.â€Larry Page, Google “To hell with circumstances, I create opportunities.â€Bruce Lee“If you judge people, you have no time to love them.â€Mother “I am the greatest; I said that even before I knew I was.â€Mohammed AliIn the corporate world, a manager plays a major role in building a team and getting results. Successful managers create a good vocabulary to motivate themselves and others. This vocabulary acts as an incantation and takes us forward.My personal vocabulary is “Action creates energy and energy is everythingâ€.
