What is Your Unique Leadership Vocabulary?

On the first page of my 2010 dairy, I wrote to myself, “I will have a Happy, Balanced, Peaceful, Adventurous, Prosperous, Creative, Powerful, Spiritual and Emotionally fit New Year!†When I read it, it changes my state immediately and I become hopeful and positive.Words, words, words…. They play such a crucial role in shaping our lives and what we become as people, both professionally and personally.
