Dreaming of visiting Geneva on funding? Below is the opportunity. If your abstract is accepted for presentation, you can ask for travel grant. The organisors have 100 travel grants this year.

So get going and make the NetRUM proud !

Dear All,

A bit short notice but maybe worthwhile looking at. Abstracts by 15th January. Please see the Geneva Health Forum immediately after the World Health Assembly - if your abstract gets accepted, there is a chance of you getting support to attend the meeting. Note this is an independent meeting and not connected to WHO. My agenda in sending it - Medicines issues will be dicussed! You could submit on Medicines Promotion, Essential Medicines (and use in your country), Policy in Medicines, Medicines financing.To those in the cc field - please circulate (others can too!)So have a go!

Dear Colleagues,

Can I remind or inform you about the Geneva Health Forum that will be held immediately after the WHA in late May. The organizers have collected quite a lot of travel grant money and may well be able to support participants from the regions. Can I encourage you to solicit abstracts to be submitted by the 15th January 2008. For those of you living in Geneva this is an enjoyable and useful conference.

At the moment they only have three medicines related abstracts and this is one of their main themes.
