Is the average American citizen an apathetic numbskull? I am - what makes you any better? Are we duped? Why did we bomb the hell out of a country like this and send them back into the neanderthal era? Get out there and demonstrate!1. There are no electricity bills in Libya; electricity is free for all its citizens.2.
