Guest guest
Dale and Group, Here's the long-ago promised link to the search page for looking up the fatty acid content of fruit. It lists the fatty acids, individually, along with vitamins, minerals, total lipids, protein, etc., etc. of each raw fruit. Just type the name of the fruit into the search bar and a whole list of prepared goodies that include that fruit will pop up on your screen, through which you will have to sort to find the one, lone listing for that fruit in its raw, natural state. But, hey, for all that incovenience, you get being able to look up "chocolate chip cookes" and "pepperoni pizza" while you're at it! This is the USDA's very thorough compilation. A fun resource for anyone who wants to know what's in whatever they eat!!! http://www.rahul.net/cgi-bin/fatfree/usda/usda.cgi
