Transforming Dissappointment into Self Nourishment and Contribution

A few weeks ago as I was working through the deep grief of dissappointment from a work colleague who did not come through as expected, I decided to use the pain to motivate my healing.

Instead of wallowing in dissappointment, and also not running away from the pain, I asked my heart, what would be most healing for me? What would I focus upon that would make me feel loved, cared for and connected to the source of good?

I remembered all the people throughout the world with whom I am connected through constructive healing forums (such as our positive thinking discussion forum). This made me feel connected and safe, and it motivated me to go to an ancient cave nearby (I live in the Holy land) and record my singing and drumming.

It was transformative and helped me to prepare a holy music holiday stress release project to help others remain connected to their good during the holidays:

Bringing the Holy back into the Holidays - Holy Music from the Holy land. It was recorded in an ancient Galilee cave, across from Nazareth (as in Jesus of :-)....

Actually the cave is an ancient water system, whose walls are embedded with broken pottery shards such were used to build the ancient temple walls, where the priestesses sang. It was an amazing experience.

The music is 100% natural and authentic - which means humanly imperfect as well. Mercy?!?!

There was no editing or sound effects (it's all from the cave). There were pigeons and doves who flew in from Jerusalem for the occassion. No kidding.

You can download a free sampler here. There are pics of the cave there too.

Wishing you all a harmonious end of the year with joy and happiness being where you are, right now.

All the best,Eliana
