This statement is not necessarily true for all of us. Exercise IS good

for you in many aspects, but for many of us, exercise does NOT make us

feel strong. There is a very fine line for us between how much is

enough and how much is too much. I have been searching for months to

find an exercise program that doesn't wear me out to the point of

exhaustion. Right now I'm exploring strength training with small weights

for my upper body. I think my legs are a lost hope. I'm frustrated,

but not giving up.
