Guest guest
, I'm feeling positive about Curves as well. I agree about difficulties with knee bending and extending. I might not extend my leg as far with certain machines, just to keep a slight bend in the knee. Far more comfortable. At the recovery stations I'm keeping my feet planted, kind of dancing and stretching in place. I'm not using my AFOs there either, and just trying to keep the stress off my ankles. I agree about morning vs. evening work outs.... mornings are better since I'm well rested. Oh, I had a friend comment that 'Curves isn't much of a workout' compared with what I used to do. This is true.... I used to exercise a lot and strenuously before the CMT symptoms and diagnosis came along. It's a mixed bag.... I can't do what I used to, but I am certainly doing something and not giving up. I would imagine that my friend had wished she could take that comment back. So far so good at Curves, Danita
