like you suggested, I bought the Lion in Winter for Christmas and saw it with

my partner. It was an impressive movie and beautiful to watch. I tested it was

good for both our immunity to watch this movie.

But why? The deeper sense of the effect on my immunity system is beyond my

comprehension. I only saw people, sons, father and mother who were making war,

hated each other, played difficult games and in the end nobody seemed to be

happy, although everyone did go his or her own way.

This was a tough one so it took me some time to come with an answer.

I came up with two things that tested very much Yes (to my surprise):

- Even being part of a disfunctional family is good for your immune system

- Even interactions within the family we perceive as 'wrong' is also (on another

level?) an act of Love

So I guess that is why seeing this movie was good for the immune system of my

partner and me. We both are coming from a (very) disfunctional family and often

wanted to 'run' away from it. Seeing this movie made me feel the Love that is

present, although on the surface you only see familymembers who hate each others

guts and try to murder one another.

It made me realise that the relating is important, and that how we relate is

less important.

Are there any other immuners who saw this movie? I would like to read some other

reaction to The Lion in Winter.
