I'd really like to see your list as well, and maybe others would too. Thanks Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc. Web Design & Development http://members.bellatlantic.net/~vze3shjg/ mailto:s.fisher22@... For New Englanders I posted 's Baby Gouda available through newenglandcheese.com and mail order. Hannaford's had a sharp provolone I got last week that was incredible. Just heard back from belgioioso.com that the cultured milk ingredient is raw cultured milk in their sharp provolone. Likely falls under this Italian family carrying the Italian tradition and law mentioned to Wisconsin. Wanita

Here they are: ----------->Becky, thanks for the swan song FWIW, I was told yesterday by someone who buys their raw milk (and produces grass-fed meat himself), that Nezinscott Farm does NOT pasture. I find that strange though, since all the small maine farms i'm familiar with put their cattle on pasture in season. oh well, i can call them and ask, if i do decide to pursue their cheese. Thanks for all the great info! Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc. Web Design & Development http://members.bellatlantic.net/~vze3shjg/ mailto:s.fisher22@... Does freezing cheese break down the enzymes any? Is Colby like a revved up American or a toned down Longhorn? Not familiar with it.
