Guest guest
I tend to overeat fermented vegetables because I like the tatse etc.. I've been eating them for many years and have not noticed any adverse reactions. If it's any consolation my two and six year olds eat massive amounts of fermented veggies (kimchee, saurkraut, pickled daikon , turnips etc.. ) and also have no adverse reactions. They have bene known to finish a whole jar between the two of them! Piimaman
Guest guest
One ml (1 mg, according to other sources) of FRESH yogurt contains about 10 billion lactobacteria. There's about 250 ml in a standard cup. Do the rest of the math. I also remember reading about a study of some bacteria used to treat diarrhea. It was noticed that it was more effective when it was part of yogurt (it was used to ferment milk) than in a capsule.
