Guest guest
Hi Hope, Feel free to have your friend contact me. I have had such wonderful results with this water and love that the beads last a lifetime. I am willing to share what information I can, and can I get them at a discount. As for eating raw meat, I think it is a personal decision. I ferment a lot of my foods because I love the taste and it has so many health benefits. Among those benefits are introducing friendly bacteria into my system. At this point it still concerns me about the type of meats available in the stores. I tried the most expensive organic raw meat from the health food store and still gagged. It just would not go down! I eat most of my meat rare, so I don't know what the big difference is. However, after so many years of being ill, I am now on the road to recovery and I have learned to listen to my body. For me, gagging is a sign to try something else. I do ferment the meats in whey and spices then dehydrate them. Take care, Kat http://www.katking.com ----- Original Message ----- From: " Reece Albright " <talbright@...> < > Sent: Wednesday, October 16, 2002 8:05 AM Subject: Re: iodine ? > Dear Kat, > I have a friend on another list that is interested in your Prill Water.
