hi guys,, deciding to be proactive on my 47 yr. old aches and pains! Made

a list of all the things that irk my physical body. Focusing on one thing

at a time, working on getting my thoughts and my testing around that " thing " .

ie. I have had a dull headache above both ears, side of my head and around

the front above eyes for the past week or so. Annoying.

So I test. I find that it's not tumors, eye strain, tooth impaction,

nutrient lacks. I get a yes to needing more water, it being connected to

retention, I need fruit, and let go of TMJ, breathe, and there is fear

connected to

it. As I let go and released TMJ that seemed to be a big ticket and I felt

the tension sort of let go. Definitely better !

I have a bunch of other issues on my list (vision improvement, a tender mid

back vertibrae, inflammation, etc.) and next break in action I get I will do

the same with each, individually. I test they are separate (I was wondering

if they were all connected)... but may have some common threads. Starting

to see how curing can be sort of fun and akin to solving a mystery!

Yes! I intend to cure, life is better when you're free !! xoxo

I so agree. I cured things before I knew what I was doing just by saying I was

curing and assuming God would not ignore me. Just do it.

Well, maybe not nothing. Maybe we just keep getting led in the right direction.

For some of us it takes longer than others. I attempt to shorten the time it

takes any given one of us by writing e-mails like this, which most people don't

read. Or read, and feel comforted by, and then ignore.
