her. please go to search and find it. Sorry I don't remember it

(www.krispin.com...maybe?)how to get there, but it should be very

easy to connect. If you can't find the information you are looking

for I could send the entire article to you off line. I think she has

changed her web site, maybe because her book will be out soon and a

lot of the informatin will be in the book so she removed some from

the web site. Anyway I have the info. so let me know if you are

interested. I found the article amazingly complete and would highly

recommend reading it before starting any magnesium supplementation.
