Boy, food-wise I wish I knew. Maybe eating the bones used to make broth

and stock, provided they're crumbly enough. Certain nuts are supposed to

be good sources of magnesium. As far as supplements, maybe magnesium

orotate. I've tried ConcenTrace with some success, but it's pretty

nasty-tasting and it can cause the runs easily enough.

,

's suggestion may be accurate. Standard Process Magnesium

Lactate has never failed me in practice or at home.

That's pretty individual. My husband hollared one day when I put too much

ConcenTrace in the water, but it didn't taste bad to me at all, not does it

cause diarrhea for me.

What kind of doses do you use? I haven't tried just mixing tiny bits into

my drinking water; instead I've taken a half a teaspon in a smallish amount

of water and then chased it with lots of unadulterated water.

I put 20-30 drops in a gallon of water. Actually I count out 20 drops and

then give an extra squirt - precise, eh! Don't know how much I used the day

Bill hollared.
