Guest guest Posted November 17, 2002 Report Share Posted November 17, 2002 im getting muscle pulls/cramps ect from simply waking up in teh morning and getting that uncontroleable stretch/tense thing u do upon waking some days right now i pulled my rib/upper left back muscles with this simple feat upon waking ( seems to be happeneign regular is there soemthign missing that i shoudl be eating that is effecting my musculature ?
