muscle problems related to something missing in diet?

im getting muscle pulls/cramps ect from simply waking up in teh

morning and getting that uncontroleable stretch/tense thing u do upon

waking some days

right now i pulled my rib/upper left back muscles with this simple

feat upon waking :( ( seems to be happeneign regular

is there soemthign missing that i shoudl be eating that is effecting

my musculature ?
