Guest guest Posted November 13, 2002 Report Share Posted November 13, 2002 I have an opportunity to buy some emu meat for my cats (I have five that I naturally rear) at low cost because it is 2 years old. It has been in a deep freeze (20 below). My question if anyone knows - these have been vacuum packed - is there any consequence to older meat like this - especially if it has been sub zero and vacuum packed?
