Guest guest
I was looking at a package of " ish Oatmeal " today that was coarsely stone-milled, and it said that it contained all the nutrients from all the parts of the oat unlike rolled oats. I was unaware that rolled oats were not " whole " oats. The only difference in the nutrition facts was the ish oats had a small amount of carotene in it, as far as the label went. I didn't get them because they were the same price as the rolled for a little over half the volume, and I'm on a _very_ short budget for a couple weeks. Does anyone know what rolled oats are missing? Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong.
