Guest guest
Does anyone know of a good chart for what foods are acid and alkaline-forming that they could either post, or post a link to, etc? Thanks, chris
Guest guest
Seemed like I could NEVER get my urime pH to go above 7, or become alkaline. Only one day, in response to me eating ONLY grapefruit for a couple of days, did the urine pH go above 7. The physician I was seeing at the time never said anything about it. Finally, after my IgeneX test for Lyme disease, while not a conclusive " yes " , the physician scratched his chin and commented that a chronic infection would make the urine acidic (less than pH 7) > > been doing ph strip testing for my acid/alkaline balance but find there is a large difference between urine sample and saliva sample. i am 80% Alkaline with urine yet only about 50% which one do i go by > > maria >
Guest guest
I just started trying baking soda to adjust pH. I found an article on internet to take 3 pinches of B.Soda during the day, moving it around your teeth and gums, then swallowing, and taking a teaspoon with a glass of water at bedtime. My urine pH went from about 6.2 to 6.8 in one day, but mouth pH was lower, as someone else experienced. I've been doing high pH enema therapy for over a year to keep pH up. I'll keep seeing how this works and let you know. But I wonder about the difference between mouth pH and urine pH, and then there is also blood pH, which, last time I checked about 3 months ago was 7.5, which is good. Ah, numbers. My Dr. here in the Philippines said to stop with the numbers thing and treat the person! Course she also suggested stopping taking so many supplements/vitamins to see if they are contributing to my rashes and bad itching (which are caused probably by HIV/HCV). I did try cutting them out for a while with no change in skin. Anyone have experience with any of this? I haven't taken LDN yet.Rod
Guest guest
I know they raise PH to fight Cancer and it works well.... course your case is different. A DR. Gold here at the Syracuse Cancer Research Center has been doing it for 40 years using Hydrazine Sulfate to slightly raise the blood PH by about one....Cancer cannot tolerate it. Look in up on Google, very interesting reading.
