Guest guest
I've heard that clear plastic containers for milk allows light to kill some/most of the vitamin D? I think it was in reference to milk sitting in the flourescent lights of the grocery store cooler. That's why cardboard containers are better - for store-bought milk. Does anyone have any information on this? I'm trying to decide whether to buy clear or amber glass jugs for my raw milk. Thanks, -
