It is the right erector spinae muslce and the muscles runnign from there right aorund the ribs. ive been to 3 physios adn they gave me exercises to do ( for stomach and back to strengthen back up problem is never get a chance as tosmornign i was doing one of the slow controlled situps and bam. entire right side is all Screwed up and i can barely move again.
