Guest guest Posted November 14, 2002 Report Share Posted November 14, 2002 does anyone have any idea how long raw liver lasts when soaked in pure lemon juice and kept in the fridge? I just want to have a little bit (raw) each day, and I think i defrosted more than i can eat in say, 1 week. Should I still be eating this a week from now, or defrost a fresh one?
