Hi ,

For the past month or so, I've been eating raw, grass-fed, buffalo swiss

steak, and some lacto-fermented mahi mahi a few weeks ago. I cut the fish up

in to small cubes, and I was taking a little bit each day, though I haven't

had some in a while and left it at home this week. I started getting a

quarter pound of the steak a week, but then I moved up to a half pound. I

freeze the steak for two weeks, then eat it as the protein portion of my

meal, and do that twice if I have a half pound. I usually spread something

on it, just as a precaution against bacteria. The first time I used raw

honey, I've been using cream cheese the last few weeks. I only spread a tiny

amount on, and it helps tenderize the meat. I usually do it a half hour

before I eat it. I also take some coconut oil with it and something

lacto-fermented, but I'm told these precautions are unnecessary. Raw meat

seems like it would be declicious with a mustard-based marinade, but haven't

gotten too complex yet. The cream cheese is actually surprisingly good with

it, but I only use a little. Salt is good too just for flavor.

It settles well on the stomach. I was having a major immune system problem,

getting some infection of some sort whenever I would go off coconut oil for a

few days, but it's much better now. I don't know for sure, but it seems to

be related to the raw meat, because I started decreasing my CO intake around

the same time I started eating raw meat, and I've decreased it dramatically

without the former problems. I can't remember anything else I've changed

about my diet or lifestyle int he same time frame.
