This is going to remove American's freedom.. The way the act is

written currently will give the sec'y of the new department the

authority to force vaccinations on American's with no responsibility

on the part of the vaccine manufacturer. They're even planning

quarrantine for outbreaks such as smallpox. The Senate hasn't

approved it yet.
