Hi, just giving another update.

Hello all,

Since I began to work on getting my own signal I have noticed a small

cold sore in my mouth. Today another one had appeared in another

place in my mouth and there is nothing that I can do about this right

now.

One of the causes of this is the fact that I have been awake since

early afternoon yesterday. I have been on a night schedule BEFORE

and since I had lost my job. I use to love working night shift, that

is untill I employer let me go. All I have been doing since

yesterday & today is placing my whole being back on a " day " clock and

to be awake druing normal daytime hours. I plan to zonk uot around

9pm this evening. I should be awake between 9am-11am tomorrow

morning.

Another thing to report, but may or may not have anything to do with

my education here> Yesterday I visited a family member and we relaxed

by playing a video game. After about 1-2 hrs. into playing this

video game something very vivid had happened to me. Me & this family

member had reached a point in the game where we could do nothing but

watch the game present its own point of views to us, which is

natural.

This is the kind of video game event that takes place after someone

has beaten a " boss " or two. Video game Bosses are powerful figures

that appears in the game at some point after you have beaten a few

different game levels.

While sitting there durring this intermission I began to take notice

to the all of the fast flasheson the tv screen (where we had been

play'n this video game). All of a sudden I had a major Dejavue

moment. What was strange was the fact of how comfortable I was

concerning this event I then felt that i had been where I was sitting

before and doing everything that I was doung before.

For some reason I feel that all of this was a major break through for

me, but I am out of time and energy to explain any oif this in

detail. I must go to bed now instead of attepting to wait untill

much later, I am very sleeply. Good night all.

Since you just lost your job, try clearing some of the possible

feelings associated..... 1. Inability to express anger 2.feeling

overloaded with responsiblities and feelings of being unable to cope

3. Resentful feelings of the these burdens 4. Not wanting to accept

certain news. 5. Non-beneficial feelings towards someone or 6.

overall confusion in the home or life

I'm afraid we haven't reached you yet, , because there's plenty

you can do about it.

It only takes five minutes to cure it. And it helps you sleep. And

you're right, the insomnia and the herpes are cofactors for each other.
