Guest guest
Perhaps one or two of you might have some experience with this subject. For someone who's convinced of the value of traditional foods - and is interested in working in the field of nutrition (e.g. as a writer or advisor) - is there any value in conventional university programs in " nutritional science " ? (I'm particularly curious about programs in the San Francisco Bay Area, such as the MS program at San State.) Also, is it possible to become, say, a registered dietitian, without being obliged to propagate " politically correct nutrition " ? Thanks for any help you can provide.
