Eating at Restaurants

Yes, temptation overwhelms me practically everyday. Yes, we can get authentic

ethnic cuisines here, but the QUALITY of ingredients at most (if not all)

restaurants is a major compromise at best. With prices of good milk, eggs,

meat, etc. what they are, how could a restaurant make any profit on their food?

That is, unless people were willing to pay the true value of real food....

I've posed this question before (what do you do to maximize health when you eat

out?) but had no response.

--I will inquire about a Manhattan outpost for the eggs. PLEASE let me know

if you find a better source, as well.

Well, also, the vast and tempting array of restaurants which don't always

serve the healthiest of food can also be a problem...
