Guest guest
Well, I guess I did have a no-grain, partially cooked diet as I transitioned to all raw for about 3 months. Actually, now that I look back over my food diary, I did eat some starches during that time. So, I guess the answer would be no. But I've always had digestion problems, especially eating well done proteins, and it took all raw for these to go away. And now when I do eat an occasional cooked meal, I make sure I have stock with it and I'm fine. I do know that I have a sensitivity to wheat or gluten though because after being off of wheat for so long, now if I have even just a tiny bit of wheat, I get a mouth ulcer within 12 hours! Just a few times over the past 8 months, I've had a few bites of something with wheat in it by mistake (usually at someone's house). It has floored me how quick I get those ulcers! I've always had them on and off my whole life and didn't know why, but now I do.
