Guest guest
Someone from the Weston Price Org may want to write a letter to the editor of the Townsend Letter in regards to a poor an article written in their current issue called More Milk Myths. Nowhere in the article does the author address the fact that the milk she is referring to is pasturized and homogenized and not to mention the cows are incorrectly cared for (Not pasture raised) and this should be made more clear that this is not referring to raw mil which is - as we know - powerful medicine. I resent these sorts of articles that do not give the whole picture - tell what is wrong and not how to fix it. I had thought of addressing the article myself but thought it might be more powerful coming from someone like Enig or sally Fallon who is more literate on the subject than I and whose name would carry more weight. Normally I find the Townsend Letter worth reading - at least 90% of it I find of value. Just think this article must be addressed and think it is a perfect opportunity to educate.
