Guest guest
By the way, stay away from anything with phenylalynine in it, which is one of the components of aspartame. When in an actual protein, phenylalynine is a harmless amino acid, but when by itself, it can cause brain damage. It is an interesting connection that the article I posted says there is a link between aspartame and fibromyalgia, because my mom has fibrobyalgia, and has been addicted to Trident gum all her life, which contains phenylalynine. The amount of sugar in gum would be in a small enough quantity that I think, while harmful, it wouldn't be bad enough to take aspartame over it.
