I had a rather significant reaction to anti-inflammatory meds recently (for

a bone spur that had become very inflamed), but then I always seem to have

problems with them and should have known not to try. When I brought up my

concerns, the doctor said it was very rare for a person to have a reaction.

I then tried pharmaceutical grade ginger essential oil (straight from the

bottle). It helped the pain within 60 seconds. Within one week I was

walking without a cane, and within one month the pain is pretty much gone

unless I walk long distances. Even then it is only an ache and is much

better by the next day if I use the ginger again.

Do you rub this in the area? or take it internally?

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.

I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish you enough ''Hello's " to get you through the final goodbye.
