Depends on what " your " metabolic type does with it in your body, not the

ph of the ingredients or the combined ingredients outside the body from what

I've come to understand. Hope you put Metabolic Typing and Metabolic Man on

your gift list and have time to read during break. Dr. Mercola is now

recommending Metabolic Typing be used in conjunction with his diet plan.

Can't wait... I put the one you said to read first on my Christmas list ;-)

I'll probably only have time to read one of them during break, but, unless I

added the second one (I may have but don't remember it) I'll find it in a

library or buy it or something, as I'm eager to read them.

That must explain why there's opposing information in some of the different

acid/alkaline list/charts.

____

" What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a

heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and

animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of

them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense

compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to

bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature.

Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the

truth, and for those who do them wrong. "
