I put the one you said to read first on my Christmas list ;-) I'll probably only have time to read one of them during break, but, unless I added the second one (I may have but don't remember it) I'll find it in a library or buy it or something, as I'm eager to read them. That must explain why there's opposing information in some of the different acid/alkaline list/charts.
