Guest guest
I just thought to add, that I truly wont know how difficult this will be on Olivia and myself until we are going through it. I hope that eventually parents of children that are experiencing life with the Titanium rib will join the group.. I know of a few, and will contact them soon.. I would also like to link this site to the TRP site...I will contact them soon, as well. I also know of SLC mom that has a child/family experiencing this right now...we have been in contact throughout the years, and I know she will be of great support to us and others. She has a site up, and hopefully we can link up.. talk soon, heather

Guest guest
I'd believe them. I doubt they took the day off and if UPS delivers on MLK Day (which I can assure you they do), they take deliveries as well. Given that you're in Pennsylvania and Vitamix is in Ohio, it should arrive soon. Correction Was told they were sending it out yesterday, not today, but figured that wasn't so because Yesterday was a holiday.
Guest guest
Sometimes you just have to wait... Be glad it's not a Lone Ranger decoder disk. Those took weeks and weeks... Guest guest
Fine , if they would tell me that instead of saying it's coming and doesn't come. If I have to wait that long after it's paid for , maybe I'll just get my money back and go for a Blentec -- Re: Correction Sometimes you just have to wait... Guest guest
Sure hope so, but they sent me a confirmation with the grinder that it was coming and I haven't gotten one with the Vitamix. -- Correction Was told they were sending it out yesterday, not today, but figured that wasn't so because Yesterday was a holiday. Guest guest
, have you checked your bank or credit card statement to be sure you were already billed for it? Something could have gotten hung up in the processing perhaps. It's a little curious that you haven't gotten an email confirmation. I understand your disappointment-I went through the same thing when I ordered my ipad a month before they were even released. On the "big" day-mine didn't turn up, and I had to wait through the long Easter holiday weekend. It's disappointing when this happens, but once you get your Vitamix, all will be forgotten as you embark on a love affair with it. Guest guest
They confirmed when I did the order that it went through, I did a debit card and I also knew their was enough money there to more than cover it. -- Correction Was told they were sending it out yesterday, not today, but figured that wasn't so because Yesterday was a holiday. Guest guest
For those wanting to join the Nutrition and Fitness cal this afternoon there is a change in the time. It will be held at 3pm EDT. Sorry about that, my mistake. Also send Al an e-mail through facebook, and send him a contact request through Skype. 'alhartman6' is the user name for both. Thankyou, Sandquist
