I don't have any canaries, I am the canary.

This was a hard lesson that hit me right between the eyes. Thank you so much

I thought I had to be a canary, I even called myself a canary sometimes to other

people, to get my point across. To tell everyone this world is unsafe. So I even

get dizzy walking in a straight line and then tell everyone not to walk in a

straight line anymore. How stupid can you get? I do love myself And now I

have the opportunity to stop being a canary and I will. The truth is there is no

one to be saved...

It feels a little bit empty, because what do I have to do now? I will find out.

Once you've shown people immunics, your responsibility ends. Then

it's up to them to run with it. Isn't that freeing? You just share

the knowledge with no attachment to whether they use it or not.

Your work is done!

So, if you find yourself with some free time because you've released

the struggle of trying to save all those people around you, focus on

yourself with no feelings of guilt or selfishness. If your

experience is like mine, tending to yourself and becoming the best

you can be has more of an impact than trying to get people to do

something with just words.
