Guest guest
A coach is someone who is committed to you winning. Coaches think in terms of winning and losing, not good or bad, right or wrong, nice, not nice, and other distinctions. It's all about winning and losing for a coach. A coach studies your behavior. She identifies right behaviors and reinforces and supports them, and also demands and insists that wrong behaviors be eliminated. A coach is direct, incisive, inpatient, and demanding. A buddy is someone who is doing it with you. You learn from each other's mistakes, and from each other's discoveries. A body of things in terms of you learning, as she or he also learn. The difference between coaches and buddies is obvious. The difference is in the activities you do together, the way you and the other approach your relationship, and the level and kind of commitment may to each. Video Skyping is as good as being there for coaching purposes. Bannister had a group who he did it with, and coaches. B
