Guest guest
I've never tried to skin hazelnuts, but to skin almonds, you blanche them in boiling water and the skins just pop off. Maybe if you soaked the hazelnuts in saltwater, the skins would come off (supposed to soak them anyway...) Or you could just leave the skins on--are there anti-nutrients in the skins?
