By the way,

a family friend told me that the best egg nog she ever had was made

the day after thanksgiving (with alcohol), put in the garage, and

then opened and consumed at xmas! Anyone tried " fermenting " the

nog? I don't think you could do it without booze. Any thoughts?

Your welcome That's interesting because the recipe I had from my egg

carton said to make it " at least three days " before serving. I wasn't sure

why. I didn't have that time, and there wasn't any left after a day...

Interesting though. Maybe I'll try that next year.
