Dear Corny,

Regarding parasites... Yes, I believe it's true that

they are something man (and animals) have had

interactions with from the beginning. But, one thing

Dr. emphasizes is that it is the interaction

between the parasites that everyone carries in their

body and the myriad of toxins that we are now exposed

to on a day to day basis that cause harm. It is the

absorption of these toxins (chemicals) such as

Benzene, Isopropyl Alcohol, Mercury, Pthalates (sp?),

etc., that enable parasites to behave in

non-conventional ways, ie. migrate easily to places

they would - under normal untoxic circumstances - not

be able to go.

On a purely subjective note, I did Dr. 's

parasite cleanse - being at the time, totally

sceptical - and much to my surprise, expelled two

unmistakeable parasites - after which, I felt much

better. If the parasites were meant to be there, why

would I have felt so much better, afterward?

Those are just my thoughts.

While I do agree that there shouldn't be e-mails you have to forward or

else...does a message like that (before the part to forward) mean something to

us?

I think the point's good, just if they took out the forwarding part.

The inspirational poem is not the problem, and most such poems aren't

against guidelines. People just need to learn to understand how the

" forward this email to as many people as you can " type of emails,

regardless of their content, drive up the costs of internet use for all of

us. If they cannot understand that, they should at least follow the

guidelines and trust that the list owner has very valid reasons for

including that rule.

P.S. , just FYI - it would help in the future if you adjusted your

Subject line from " Digest Number 1078 " to something more meaningful, and

possibly include a snippet of the text to which you are responding. It

took me a few moments to figure out who/what you were actually responding

to. Plus, it's requested in the guidelines: " Please be specific in filling

out the subject line. A lot of messages are posted to the list, and

carefully filled-out subject lines can save people a lot of time when

sorting through their e-mail. " Thanks. -D

Thank you for the suggestion but I need clean, brand new jars, perferably

glass milk bottles but if not then a source for wide mouth gallon

(mason-type) jars? anyone out there - if you can help I'd appreciate it..

on another note: does anyone use garbage bags that are biodegradable? if

so, where do you purchase from.. I had a wonderful conversation with an

older man that has inspired me to really make a conscious effort to reduce

the amount of plastic that I am using...i figure that use a bag every other

day that I really want to convert to a biodegradable garbage bag...

thanks...

Hi,

You might want to email Cornerstone Farm at i_luv_swiss@... or give

them a ring after the holiday at 603-357-4361. That's where I get milk, and

they have both half gallon and quart jars, with disposable, sealable caps.

The half gallons come with large indentation for a handle. They might be

able to point you in the right direction.

" What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a

heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and

animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of

them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense

compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to

bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature.

Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the

truth, and for those who do them wrong. "

They used to seel biodegradable plastic garbage bags, but then it was found

that they really weren't so biodegradable after all. That was a few years

ago now.

Thanks for sharing J and Codling, its very helpful.

My son's blood levels dropped from hypo to hyper in April, at the same time

started seeing colored moving lights. I found plenty of info on the Web about

it happening with hypo and hyper. However, his doctor was adamant yesterday

that seeing things and his dramatic drop in school performance has nothing to do

with his thyroid problems and said he's simply psychotic. He also said he

SUSPECTED my son's levels dropped from hypo to hyper because he was secretly

taking double dosage of Synthroid to lose weight and jump-start puberty. We only

get his pills filled monthly and had his prescription filled 25 days ago and

still has 6 left so its impossible that he took double dosage.

I am furious and looking for a doctor in Boston.

Jenelle,

Understand the frustration with a doctor who feels they are perfect

and that the patient has to be doing something wrong if things are

not improving. I learned some years ago regarding my own health to

start checking out medical professionals, and not just rely on others

for information.

You may already have these, but here are a couple of sites where I

search for names of doctors by state and sometimes by city, and can

see where they took their training, specialities, and when, etc.

Maybe your state also has a link on the state web site like Tennessee

does, so that you can also search for names, but more importantly, if

I have either a name or license number, I can get more specific info

on them such as any complaints filed, actions by the medical boards,

etc. It can be scary to find out that someone recommended a

physician and you see where the state has had them restricted for a

couple of years due to gross mal-practice. I know it Tennessee, it

takes something major before the state reacts, but it helps to know

if there are complaints and the outcome.

Hope these will help some:

(also free and easy to use)

Don't forget to check your own state's web site for their Health

Department and licensing of medical professionals.

I wouldn't use the topdoc list for anything other than a source to

find potential docs. Don't know that I would consider any particular

one actually a " top doc " as that's rather subjective, but it is a

beginning source so you can then check their credentials further

through the ama and/or your state's registration board. Would hate

to go by a topdoc rating only to find that they had restrictions

imposed for gross malpractice.

Thanks for the link. I am going to be SO broke!!! ;-) Hmm should I get those or

the Firm Series with the Transfirmer next? Anyone have the these Firm Videos?

Thoughts?

I have one Firm workout I bought that looks interesting that uses the Incline

step. Needless to say I tried modifying my own step bench at home and almost

killed myself. But it was fun while it lasted.

These workouts with all the equipment though-Oh Vay. If I didn't have a spare

bedroom I'd be swimming in it.

Hi! I'm a newbie. I recently purchased The Firm TransFIRMer system

with the DVD and they rock! I am really enjoying the

system...especially the Super Body Scultping dvd. This was worth

the money. The transfirmer step can be used many, many ways. It

was a good buy.
