Coconut products, along with an overall proper diet, should be just fine.

Does anyone know if it is bad to use coconut when you are HYPERmetabolic? & nbsp;
I'm male, 5'8 & quot; and 135 pounds. & nbsp; I've never weighed more than 140, and

can't
gain any weight unless I stuff myself silly. & nbsp; My diet has varied over the
years, from 80% junk food, full of lots and lots of sugar, vegetarian, NT,
etc, and nothing has ever caused me to gian weight even to the point of
normal. & nbsp; I am moderately muscular, but have in the low single digits for

body
fat, 3 or 4% I think. & nbsp; Some internet symptom survey I filled out told me I

am
hyperthyroid, though I'm not skinny to the point of looking undernourished.

Does anyone know, for that matter, what I can do to correct this problem and
maybe gain some weight?
& quot;What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? & nbsp; It

is a
heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and
animals, for serpents and for demons. & nbsp; The thought of them and the sight of
them make the tears of the saint flow. & nbsp; And this immense and intense
compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to
bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. & nbsp;
Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the
truth, and for those who do them wrong. & quot;
