The weight range I feel most comfortable in is --

Test the lower end of the range.

Test the higher end of the range.

Now, if the range that you test for is the exact range you want to be in,

and also that you know that you are your healthiest when you are in, no

further action is needed. If there is a discrepancy, though, you test down

the list of immune dysfunctions to find the ones that are causing you to be

comfortable in the wrong places:

And you can use this same procedure for your daily schedule, and many other

things that I haven't thought of yet but you probably are right now.
