Allergies are one of the easier things to cure...........did you test further

what was in you way?

we were unable to 'remove' allergies, but putting up shields up to ward

off potential allergens (pollen's etc.) seemed to make a difference!

with allergies you've got to be persistent -

keep removing them over and over till YOU win, not them

 

also ask if you identify with them in any way - i found that i did with my

allergy, to my horror - but knowing it enabled me to stop
