here's a bit of victory. For the past few weeks my shoulder and mid back

have been all tight with knots. Lots of visits to the chiropractor and some

massage has been helpful, yet temporary. The boys went to a Mariner's game so

it was a great chance to sit on my sunny back porch with lots of nature

surrounding, to do some accessing. Went through the pathologies... some

bacteria , a little opportunistic infection... not much else. Quieted myself

more. (or the removals quieted me). I delve deeper, what is my back/neck

telling me? Access, I am using the muscles on the right side to push up and

support the upper back. Install the ability of my body to do this on its own

instead of fighting gravity with my lower muscles. Let go of control and

this tension! After this I lie back and let all be... ie. let the message

sink in. Now my neck is relaxed and mid back much better.

I think in addition to doing overall removals/installations, it's important

to focus on specific issues and spend some time getting at the root cause.

I feel much better and I'm noticing this pattern I've held and the need to

let it go!
