Guest guest Posted December 17, 2002 Report Share Posted December 17, 2002 I've just started making Kefir d' Aqua (water kefir) recently and I find that it tastes like a good soda - ginger ale, cream soda, fresca or root beer depending on what I add and it's always fizzy and consistently good. It's very easy and takes few ingredients. Water kefir grains multiply quickly and many people offer them for the cost of postage on the kefir-making list.
