Guest guest
I just wanted to invite everyone to view my new web site: www.goatsforhealth.com . We have just started raising miniature dairy goats for milk, and we have created this site to educate people on the benefits of raw milk and sell the kids produced from the breedings. One little known fact that my fellow NTers will find interesting is that goat milk, cream, and cheese is white rather than yellow because goats convert nearly all of the beta carotene in their diet into vitamin A! As we know, this is preferable as many people do not convert beta carotenes efficiently into vitamin A. So in this way, at least, goat milk is preferable to cow's milk. Also don't forget about donations to the Heifer Project if your're looking for a gift for someone who has everything. This wonderful charity was discussed on the list last year. They help support sustainable living in developing nations by providing animals that people need for food. Their web site is www.heifer.org. Happy Holidays to All!
