Imagine: No one you work with ever gets sick

You can do that, you know. You can get them there. It's just a matter of

getting the right group together, and then, when you're all doing it, which

would take only a couple of days to get started, you go and talk to the right

person, all together. I mean you show up at that person's office, together, and

ask to see him or her, and say you want to do a class for the company.

Anybody can do a class for your company. Like you, for example. Especially if

there are a dozen of you.

So your first step is to get these guys, this " dirty dozen, " over to your house,

or preferably to someone's house, where you can put Lesson 1 up on a big-screen

TV, and do Lesson 1 together. I know you can do this, because I plugged my

computer into my big-screen TV a long time ago, and I've been using the big

screen as my computer monitor ever since -- makes it easier to see things.

And look, once you've got your group, the rest is easy. Because you have this

dozen people who never get sick, so even if the guy you ask about doing the

class rejects it out of hand, well, there's this dozen of you, so you just keep

not getting sick, and telling everybody in the company about it, so you shame

the poor slob into relenting and letting you do the class.

So how do you start?

You do Lesson 1 together. Stop after the first two segments and discuss it.

Then stop after every segment that comes after that, and coach each other in

learning what was taught in this segment you just watched.

But you don't need to do the class for the company that way. The class for the

company can go faster. And it needs to, because it should still be an all-day

class.

If you want to, you absolutely should. And if you don't want to, well, you

should just start saying a whole bunch of things you want at work, and want from

your work, and want from your career in general, and keep saying things you

want. And after you've said a lot of things you want that test yes -- and if

you don't know what testing is, you should do Lesson 1 -- or do it again, for

God's sake!
