Hi Eddie, I think it was last week on the message area of the D'Adamo

web site D'Adamo posted something saying he's busy working on his

next book. It evidently has a lot more of the science behind the ER4YT

philosophy. And he said that he thinks he's got a place lined up where

one can have that test done rather inexpensively. So the answer is to

wait for the next book to come out.

But that probably won't be until sometime next year.

For me, with 2 months of ER I sort of hit a wall where I wasn't feeling

great anymore. I think I was partly making things too difficult for

myself, and I think that's more harmful than worrying about every little

avoid out there. My biggest discovery was that my stomach really doesn't

like a regular diet of tea (green or black). So I'm sticking to the

coffee for now. Even a couple of cups of tea every day was making me

feel nauseaus. (sp?)

So my advice is, don't worry so much about it! I'm totally avoiding

wheat, because my joints let me know right away if I slip. Otherwise I'm

listening to what my body tells me it wants or needs and taking it a

little slower.
