I didn't have any cleansing reactions, just subtle changes. For instance, I

had some skin reaction - mysterious red spots all over and a mole fell off.

I am taking the colloidal silver but it didn't occur to me to take it during

the pulsing session-

I'll start doing that tomorrow. I also read somewhere that it's not actually

electropolation that happens and that electropolation is a bad thing.....does

anyone have any further information on this? If I find it again, I'll send

it to you.

That doesn't sound dumb to me. I wanted to do that too but I got impatient

and started pulsing first. The Ozonator will probably be the last thing I

purchase but I heard a lot of good things about the Magnetic Pulser. I have

a cold now and feel achy and am so tempted to take two advil to get some

sleep but I won't because I'm on a roll now and I don't want to stop. I know

it says that I can take medication when I finish pulsing but I don't feel

comfortable with that.

Depends on what you are feeding the body. It will take

time in any event, just longer if you aren't feeding

the body properly.

Are you having any 'cleansing reactions'? Headaches?

Dizziness? Nausea etc? If not, you should consider

increasing the time you are on it.

Yes, guilty as charged. I just started it because I think there is not

enough NEW information on the web about this protocol. It seems that after

people are feeling better, they are less inclined to share their stories and

that's what sick people who are looking for an alternative need, testimony

from others. Everything that I can find on the internet about these devices

is dated pre-1995.

There are 30 people on the list so far and I hope that everyone joins in the

discussion soon.

It is definitely electropoRation. I have it in his

paper, and on his tape. It is described in one of the

papers he dug up from one of the medical journals I

believe (or it may have been a patent), which talks

about blood ELECTRIFICATION causing electroporation.

It CAN be a DANGEROUS thing, if you don't RESPECT it.

It can also be a very USEFUL thing, like enhancing the

absorption of oxygen, colloidal silver, or nutritional

superfoods like chlorella.

Smart. HE says you should abstain from drugs for two

DAYS before starting, so even if you took them right

after a session, it would still only be 22 hrs before

you pulsed again. I would refrain from taking anything

like that until you are OK with waiting two days to

pulse again.

I think I'm gonna do an experiment. I'll strap the

pulser to my wrist, and leave it until I start

experiencing some symptoms, then take it off, and see

how long it takes for the symptoms to subside...then

I'll do it again with the ozonated water, and see if

there is any difference. I'll let the list know the

results.

Take care Dotsie...

Hi everyone,

Here is the response I received from Sota Instruments about participation on

the list. I don't know how we will work this out yet - any suggestions? I

think this will be very helpful to us:

<<<Hi Dotsie:

I've discussed participation with Lesley. We think your discussion group is

a wonderful idea and we want to help. Rather than direct daily

participation, however, which we feel could escalate to requiring someone we

can dedicate to more time on the e-mail, we'd rather you direct questions to

us and we'll pass our answers along to you or anyone who wants to get in

touch with us directly. Trust you understand our position and know that we

are fully behind your efforts. Let me know if this will work for you.

Sincerely,

Carole

Hey Al,

Would be really interested in seeing if you could get

some answers to some questions I have for him. I'll

compose them and send them to you privately later, if

thats OK.

What do you mean 'a problem giving up caffeine'? If you

just mean the normal problems associated with giving up

a highly addictive substance, then no, I don't, since I

don't drink it anyway. On the other hand, why take

chances? Would you argue with a Medical Doctor if he

told you not to take certain drugs with alcohol? Or

gave you any other specific instructions?

Overdosing on caffeine could conceivably be dangerous.

I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

Well I cheat, I buy no added sug or preservatives, juice of a suitable type, then do half and half water. real juicing is ok too, and green tea seems to have added benefits in cancer prevention.

Being of African ancestry I couldn't agree with you

more. Feeding O's primarily oatmeal to combat

malnutrition defeats the purpose.

Thanks for the anti - inflammatory suggestion . My 4 yr. old

hasn't

been sick in awhile but we used to use Tylenol for kids... now I won't

touch

it. Do you have any ideas for kids/fever... or should they just let

their

bodies do the work? thanks !

Hi ! I take microhydrin (Crystal Energy) to make sure all the nutrients I

take are well absorbed and to help re-hydrate the tissues. The serum for the

skin is great too (Cellution-C) with vitamins A, C, E and Coenzyme Q-10. The

lines around the eyes look softer than they used to!!! I have also added to my

protein shake the herb Maca which I started taking it a couple of months ago.

Because of my recent separation from my husband I was experiencing depression

and thanks to Maca that depression immediately vanished and I have been feeling

better than ever! Now I am going to try Deflect and Ocean Herbs. Hope you are

doing well and thanks for your words. Have a wonderful week!

Love,

,, you've been a big support to the group too!,, are you still

taking microhydrin? and still upbeat about it? Know Lila likes it,,

wishing you all a peaceful, happy day,

Just catching up on my emails (can you tell-with all my posts tonight)

But I do have to reply to this one. I so much appreciate ' 'style'. I

would be questioning all of his advice that he so freely gives if he was trying

to push his products. It is a refreshing change to all the other HFS tactics

out there! THANK YOU THOMAS!!!

P.S. I really want to order from you, but 1 bottle of multi would cost me

around $50.00 (double what I could get it for here) Is there anything you can

do for us Canadian folks??

Thanks,

It is very good for you - just don't take chondroitin.

Is Glucosamine OK for type O's to take?

Could someone tell me more about how good or not good it is for you.

Why do you need to take it? N-acytl-glucosamine is the form that is best for

O's. You can get it in Deflect O along with ARA, bladderwack(Fucus

vesiculosis) the seaweed that is good for our digestion and thyroid, and

other things.

I take a liquid glucosamine/chondroitin and need to change to only

glucosamine. Do you know of a liquid? Also, do I add MSM?

Thanks
