Guest guest
Bs (jews) (no subject) It is so great to hear how ER has helped so many!! do any other " diet " /lifestyle message lists have so much positive feedback?? Q. If us O's evolved from Africa,,, shouldn't we all have dark skin? or did skin tones change with climate changes as we moved north. And does anyone know what blood type the early jews may have been? I'm wondering if the messages to Moses on dietary laws were meant for a specific blood type/genetic type! Stay healthy all! IvyTubs46@... wrote: A crowded United Airlines flight was canceled. A single agent was re-booking a long line of inconvenienced travelers. Suddenly an angry passenger pushed his way to the desk. He slapped his ticket down on the counter and said, "I HAVE to be on this flight and it has to be FIRST CLASS." The agent replied, "I'm sorry sir. I'll be happy to try to help you, but I've got to help these folks first, and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out." The passenger was unimpressed. He asked loudly, so that the passengers behind him could hear, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO I AM?" Without hesitating, the agent smiled and grabbed her public address microphone. "May I have your attention please," she began her voice heard clearly throughout the terminal. "We have a passenger here at Gate 14 WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHO HE IS. If anyone can help him find his identity, please come to Gate 14." With the folks behind him in line laughing hysterically, the man glared at the United agent, gritted his teeth and swore. "F*** you!" Without flinching, she smiled and said, "I'm sorry, sir, but you'll have to get in line for that, too." Guest guest
Here's what I got from the group: Zucchini Hash Browns 1 cup grated zucchini 1 Tbsp. grated onion 2 eggs, beaten slightly Salt, pepper, onion powder, (garlic powder for those who use it) I heat oil in my big cast iron skillet. Mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl and drop by heaping tablespoons in hot oil. When brown on one side, turn and cook the other side. Stack on a plate and keep in warm oven 'till whole batch is done. You can top these with sour cream, or butter, or smother in gravy. Very low in carbs. I store in the fridge and heat and serve whenever I'm in the mood. This absolutely satisfied my craving for potatoes.

Guest guest
I always think: Vitamin C deficiency first. ABO Specifics Inc. - http://www.foodforyourblood.com (no subject) Have a strange question to throw out to you guys!!,,, My 7 yr. old son gets frequent bloody noses. I've always thought that a blood vessel must be close to the surface and gets irritated and causes the bleeding. Someone just suggested to me that it could be due to inflammation, infection or microbes. Now his diet is about 50% " O " compliant -- do you think avoids/lectins could have any effect on this ??!! When I heard the word inflammation the bells went off ! Appreciate you all so much, Love,
Guest guest
it can be very harmless - but could also be a sign of illness - if it's regularly and/or often I would ask a doctor ! love (no subject) > Have a strange question to throw out to you guys!!,,, My 7 yr. old son gets > frequent bloody noses. Guest guest
Hi Ron: I have been just diagnosed with as early this year. I am 57 and am discovering a whole new world I never knew existed. I was very active a few years ago and now I had to slow down significantly. At last in May I was able to be put on Remicade and have had the pain reduced drastically. I have still experienced chronic fatigue and weakness, however this last Remi I had 18 days ago finally put it to rest for now. That was a great relief. I am not excited about any harsh drugs but find sometimes it is the lesser of the evils. I hope you, too will find relief from this drug. Bill PKSP630@... wrote: Good Afternoon!!
