Guest guest Posted March 11, 2000 Report Share Posted March 11, 2000 Hi, I'm an A and my partner, , is an O. He is a skinny, somewhat restless sort of O who lifts weights and eats lots of meat. Hunger can be a problem for him as it is sometimes difficult to catch a bite when needed. Dave's been enjoying some protein powder from Noni which includes such items as soy, egss and (gasp!) milk. I suggested that I would research to see what else might be valuable to this aspect of his diet before he goes out to purchase more of this type of thing. He reports that he finds this drink to be satisfying but he is open to trying something else that might be more salubrious. I wonder what sort of protein type tide-me-overs people have tried and found to be true and/or tried and eliminated. Looking forward to hearing from you and your experiences/knowledge in this area.
