Guest guest
hi guys, are there any places that sell GCG tincture other than www.sensiblehealth.com? they charge $8 for shipping, which is a heck of a lot to me.
Guest guest
I have previously taken Gold Coin Grass (GCG) for over a year because I hated taking epsom salts so much before the flush. My plan was to take GCG for a couple of months, and do the flush, but GCG by itself helped a lot, so I kept ordering more and procrastinating the flush. But I eventually got lazy about ordering more - and it is a little expensive - about $15.00 for a bottle (plus shipping), which lasts about 3-4 weeks. So gradually my symptoms came back, and right now I can feel how full my gallbladder is. I did a flush (using epsom salts) about two weeks ago, and tried it again this weekend but without the epsom salts, but no stones came out either time. I have a bottle of GCG, so I am going to take it for about a month for some relief, and try the flush again, then. I have never had any side effects to taking GCG, even on a long term basis. And I know for sure it works. My gallbladder symptoms are pretty straightforward - I can literally feel the fullness, so I know when there is something that relieves it. Also, I take 2 -4 capsules of 1,200 mg capsules of lecithin (from GNC) when I eat fatty meals, which emulsifies that fat for better absorption, and it is a remarkable relief for someone with chronic gallbladder problems. Hope this helps.
Guest guest
Try lecithin capsules when you eat fatty meals, they emusify the fat (break it down into very small particles) and makes its absorption more effective. Lecithin is a harmless supplement (it is found naturally in egg yolks, etc) and is important to take for liver health. I have ongoing gallbladder problems, and it gives me immediate relief when I eat fat in my meals. Also, my daughter is 7 1/2 months pregnant, and of course has heartburn. When she eats fatty foods, and complains, I give her a couple of 1,200 mg capsules, and it helps her within 10-15 minutes. Heartburn happens when you eat fat because the fat relaxes the sphincter and allows stomach acid into the esophagus. It might be worth a try. I get the 1,200 mg capsules at GNC.
